Best decision we made during the homebuying process
We had been in the market for over a year and had been using a previous agent. After a recommendation, we switched to work with Lee and found her professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge of the marketplace far superior to our previous agent. She listened to our needs/desires in finding a new home, and when we found a listing we liked, she jumped all over it and negotiated strongly on our behalf. She took care of all the 'little things' that came up and made the process as smooth as possible. She also sold our current residence, and was able to get attractive offers within 72 hours of showing the house. We highly recommend using Lee for any home purchase/sale.

Miraculous with Successful Results
Lee was referred to us by a very reputable businessman and friend. Throughout this year we have learned of Lee's significant skills, knowledge level, professional manner and practical experience. All are superior and exceeded our expectations. From the start we were impressed with her manner of educating us relating to the many complexities and challenges of downsizing from a large 5 bedroom house where we lived, raised our wonderful family and "accumulated things" for 48 consecutive years. Lee guided us so meaningfully through the entire project with such strong commitment and compassion for us. She maintained a calm, positive disposition no matter how challenging and stressful certain subjects could become. This was particularly valuable for me. The manner with which Lee disposed of and had transported away the remaining furnishings that we were not able to move to our new home was tremendous. Most surprising and rewarding for us were the many provider contacts she knew to address specialist needs (e.g., tree expert, plumber, painter, carpenter, trash collector, house cleaner). Each one she recommended and brought onto our property provided excellent and timely service which enabled our project success, and clearly increased the price of our beloved home in Robbins Park within Upper Dublin Township. Mary Jane and I are and will continue to recommend to anyone who has the need for the services described above to consider Lee Bergiven to perform their downsizing and realtor functions. Not only is Jerry a fantastic, attentive, knowledgeable and motivated realtor, but he is an even better person! He goes above and beyond for you and your future home, as well as assisting with coordinating mortgages, title, etc. I would recommend him to anyone that asks!

Phenomenal Experience
Lee did a fantastic job helping us get our property ready to sell. She knew exactly what price to list so we had a lot of traffic, and quickly. She gave us all the right info on what to fix, what to change and what to leave alone. We sold above our asking price and we were only on the market for 3-4 days. She was so professional, responsive, and caring. We were very lucky to have her as our selling agent.

Great experience

Fantastic to work with

A good person to work with
Michael was very helpful with selling my house. I had so many questions, and he was able to provide me with information that I understood. When repairs and updates were required, he helped me get in touch with the right people to do the job, which helped alleviate my worries about the process. He also stayed in touch with me throughout, which I very much appreciated. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Paul was very knowledgeable. He guided us through the entire process.
We moved to North Carolina before we put our Pennsylvania house on the market. The house we were selling had some issues that had to be addressed. Because we were 500 miles away it would have been difficult to resolve them. Paul took care of everything! In spite of it being stressful at times , we had confidence that Paul had our best interests at heart and would get the work done. We are grateful for everything he did on our behalf and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
