We were moving from the Poconos to Bucks County, where the real estate market is very competitive. As we were unfamiliar with the area, Lee was able to acquaint us with the area and made us feel comfortable about our search for a new home. Being so far away, she was able to work around our schedule. In addition, Lee matched our persistence in finding a home by scheduling 3 to 4 showing each weekend. In the end, we were able to make a bid on a home in a very desirable neighborhood. Lee was able to guide us through the very complicated closing process. Working with Lee was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I cannot recommend working with her strongly enough. I vetted multiple agents before selling my property, and Lee made the selection process an easy one as her level of research and preparation went above and beyond what other agents presented me with initially. I had a fair amount of work to do on my property, and Lee was the ideal partner in helping me plan, prioritize, and schedule the work. Lee did a phenomenal job with staging my home and positioning us for sale based on comps in the area.
