It is plainly obvious that he takes pride in his work and that this motivates his every action. I think my husband and I ended up looking at about 15 homes in five months together, in touch with Hank weekly, and often daily. Hank never wearied of this. Hank took genuine interest in everything we discussed, traded ideas, and always followed up. After our offer was accepted, Hank continued to be an incredible resource with the inspection, loan issues, and scheduling numerous meetings with four or five folks who could help us achieve our desired remodeling goals.
