I first found Hank back in 2011 or so when doing an internet search to find the absolute best realtor in the Athens area, and choosing to call him was one of my better choices in life. Although we ended up not buying a house at that time, he lived up to his impressive reputation. A few years later my wife and I did buy a house, as by chance a realtor we met introduced us to a seller she represented and... well, long story short, we gained some experience working with a poor agent. Trust me, that is not something you need in your life. Shortly thereafter, we found ourselves needing to move south, and needed to sell our home quickly and as painlessly as possible. I knew who to call. Hank did a superb job and made the impossible happen in a surprisingly short period. We actually made a little profit off the home. A few years later, here we are again. We found a home we wanted and didn't hesitate. I knew who to call. The situation with this house was not an easy deal either, by any means. Leases and the moving of tenants from three different homes with three different landlords had to be masterfully coordinated, all the while trying to satisfy loan terms with two different banks and dealing with a California seller... Yesterday we sat with Hank and signed the paperwork. Afterward, I took my wife and two young children to our new home and was welcomed by neighbors. Hank made this happen for us. He is the most professional man I know. He is compassionate and polite, and is quite the lion when you need him to be. Hank recently sold our home in the Athens area, and made the entire process easy for first time home sellers. He was available to come out and look at the property and provided feedback and significant advice even before we signed with him. With Hank's advice and market knowledge, we were able to list (and sell) the home for more than we thought would be possible (even more than the asking price!), and he had us under contract in under a week of listing.
