I recently sold my house with Hank’s help. I spent a lot of time researching agents. And after meeting with him, I was so impressed by his experience, knowledge, work ethic, and, most importantly, his consideration that I looked no further. I’ve worked with agents in the past and the one standout critique I usually have is a lack of communication. I can honestly say I’ve never had that problem with Hank. He regularly communicated status updates, took the initiative to respond to questions and feedback from visitors, advised me on listing strategies and the state of the market in my area, and ultimately took care of making the final sale and closing as smooth as possible. Hank was also accessible, and receptive to all of my questions and concerns. There wasn’t a single time that I tried to reach him (via phone, email, etc.) and didn’t get a prompt response. Recognizing that I had a lot of other things to attend to in my life, he was always willing to work around my schedule. Selling a house can be very stressful time, but Hank was always on top of things helping make it as streamlined an experience as possible. Another reviewer posted that working with him is liking working with a friend, and I wholeheartedly agree. I would highly recommend him and would be happy to work with him in the future.
