Hank was extremely professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process of selling our home. He was very responsive whenever we reached out to him with questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Hank to anyone looking to sell their home!

When we found Hank we were having a very hard time selling our house for multiple reasons. Part of it was our prior realtor and the other some things going on behind our house. Hank came in by storm and assured us he would put 100% into our sale and boy did he deliver. This was a complex high stress sale finally after multiple contracts and multiple delays (on the buyers end) Hank got our house sold have only 6 short weeks and we had our house up for sale for 11 months. He is one of the most knowledgeable and professional realtors I have ever met and he put so much effort into selling our house it was incredible. Another impressive thing is how responsive he was whenever we had questions or if there were any kind of issues. How often do you find a realtor that puts his heart and sole into the sale of your home. He made us feel special not just a customer. Without doubt we would recommend him and use him again. Look at his reviews like I said he is incredible. If you want to sell your house you need to use Hank Bailey!

I wish I could rate Hank even higher. He not only worked passionately to find us our home but he helped point out different lending opportunities that fit our desires.

When seeing the incredible track record any agent like Hank has on sites like google and zillow, all you can really hope for is to get that same experience everyone raves about. Hank truly provides a seamless experience from an initial questionnaire about the housing market to closing. My experience with Hank was him being my buyer agent. This was my first house and you really can't have a better person on your team as Hank. Buying your first house is apparently supposed to be stressful but I did not feel any of that. We missed out on many houses due to how crazy the seller's market is in Athens, Georgia at the moment, but Hank always assured that we would keep looking, and we did. He handled everything for me and had impeccable response time for any and every question a first-time home buyer like me had.

Working with Hank to sell was unbelievably smooth and stress free. He is one of the most reliable individuals I know and I wouldn't think of using anyone else during our sell. Hank helped us find our first home 3 years ago and when we needed to move, there was no doubt in our mind that we would use Hank to help us sell it. We started a few months out and decided with Hank that we would do some small renovations. Hank helped to line up recommendations and the work was done well. Hank coached us through the sell process and lined up everything for us. Our house sold in under 15 days and most of that is because of the amazing work Hank put into the photos, listing, and follow ups with interested buyers. You won't regret working with Hank for one second.

Hank made this, my fifth, the easiest home purchase of my life. Everything went smoothly and quickly, as he promised. I found my new home on the first day of looking, and it was the second house I viewed. We both knew within seconds that this was the one. Hank has kept in touch since my closing in March 2017. I highly recommend Hank, unless, of course, you love torturous home buying/selling experiences.

I want to say that selling our home with Hank was one of the the easiest we have ever had and we have bought and sold over 7 homes. I came across Hank on Google search looking for a ReMax realtor in the Buford area. His name came up with such great reviews and the most sales with condos. Well I can see why. When I first sat down with him I was so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He knew the area well and also knew exactly how to price our home to sell. It did not take 10 days and we had numerous showings and ended up selling quickly. He kept us informed thoughout the entire process and was very responsive to all our calls and text messages. Not once did feel like a bother. I can say if you are in need of selling or buying your home I highly recommend Hank Bailey. Thank you again!

Quite frankly, I can't say enough about Hank as an agent. Being first time home-buyers, my fiancee and I were nervous and overwhelmed with the prospect of buying a house. Fortunately, Hank was there for us every step of the way. His knowledge of the entire process gave us confidence that we could find the right home for the right price. What I liked most about Hank was his availability. He would usually answer emails within the hour and multiple times set up tours of homes on the same day that we showed interest. In addition, Hank would not hesitate to tell us if he thought a house was listed incorrectly, or if they were potential problems/concerns. I could go on and on, but the bottomline is you're in good hands with Hank!

Being first time homebuyers and not knowing what to expect, we started going to tour houses this summer with Hank. Hank was incredibly accommodating, patient, knowlegable, and responsive through the entire process. Because we had never purchased a home before, Hank would often anticipate and answer questions that more experienced buyers would know to ask (and we would never have thought of), and because of that, we had a lot of trust that we were in good hands. After entering into the scary process of purchasing a home for the first time and being skeptical about whom we could trust to guide us through the process, Hank turned out to be a great choice, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience with him.
