I want to say that selling our home with Hank was one of the the easiest we have ever had and we have bought and sold over 7 homes. I came across Hank on Google search looking for a ReMax realtor in the Buford area. His name came up with such great reviews and the most sales with condos. Well I can see why. When I first sat down with him I was so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He knew the area well and also knew exactly how to price our home to sell. It did not take 10 days and we had numerous showings and ended up selling quickly. He kept us informed thoughout the entire process and was very responsive to all our calls and text messages. Quite frankly, I can't say enough about Hank as an agent. Being first time home-buyers, my fiancee and I were nervous and overwhelmed with the prospect of buying a house. Fortunately, Hank was there for us every step of the way. His knowledge of the entire process gave us confidence that we could find the right home for the right price. What I liked most about Hank was his availability. He would usually answer emails within the hour and multiple times set up tours of homes on the same day that we showed interest. In addition, Hank would not hesitate to tell us if he thought a house was listed incorrectly, or if they were potential problems/concerns. Hank did an amazing job helping us find and purchase a new home for our growing family a few years ago. He lined up some great homes to look at based on our interests, and I was really surprised how quickly we found our home as I felt we were pretty particular. He also helped sell our old home. It doesn't always work out this way, but the timing on the sale and purchase lined up perfectly. He gave us great advice throughout the whole process, which I know was key to us finding the right price and timing on the sale and purchase. I know he'll be the first I call if the need arises again. His approach is so helpful, supportive, and friendly. Knowledgeable of the market conditions, provided sound advice as I struggled with two different buyers who terminated on the last day of the 14 day due diligence periods, and encouraged me when I wondered if I would ever sell my home.
