I was very nervous moving to a new state and needing to find a Realtor. I wanted someone who wasn't pushy or wanting to force us into buying something that wasn't right for our needs. We even told him we wished he was able to take care of the home we were selling out of state. His communication skills and work ethic are impeccable.
