I am Brian Waite, a 17 year resident of Southwest Michigan. Born and raised in a small farming town in Iowa, I quickly learned the value of hard work. I took my first "real" job at the age of 14, de-tasseling corn for two summers. Throughout high school and college, I was employed by a mid-west grocery store chain. This gave me the opportunity to work in several departments within the chain and ultimately develop my work ethic and gain knowledge of problem solving and people skills. I graduated from college with a degree in computer programming and worked for a financial group in Des Moines for 8 years. I was lucky enough to move to Southwest Michigan due to a spouse relocation but was in need of a job. That is where I found Anytime Fitness, a 24 hour fitness club. Over the course of 5 years, I opened four clubs and really enjoyed that time in my life building a business. After 12 years in that industry my interest shifted to real estate and that is when I sold off my fitness facilities and got my real estate license. I have been a licensed agent in Michigan for over 5 years. With all the roles I have had the main goal is to provide a great client experience. Destination, experience, informative, patient and honest

Brian was a pleasure to work with as he showed me and my fiancé MULTIPLE homes weather it was the best for us or not. He knew exactly what we needed and was honest about every home we walked in. Brian made it easy to sell and buy our new home all within a week! His attitude was always uplifting and timing was excellent 👏. Bought and sold homes in St. Joseph, MI - List with Brian!

I walked into Remax by the Lake the day before Thanksgiving. While most in the local area were already traveling out of town or preparing for the holiday season with their loved ones, Brian greeted me with kindness, shared his knowledge about the sales process, and answered all my questions. Talk about commitment to the work! Putting trust into someone you’ve never met to assist with most people's largest purchases/sales can be a true risk. Brian was patient, understanding, and did all his homework so we could get the best possible price in negotiations. He worked closely with several contractors to ensure the home was in a state for closing, helped with small repairs, checked on the home [I was not living in the area at the time], and was regularly communicating throughout the entirety of the process. Immediately after that sale, he helped me find the most beautiful condo where we will enjoy endless sunsets over Lake Michigan! #lakelife Definitely recommend working with Brian, you won't be disappointed!

Another one in the books!

We had multiple offers and when they fell apart because of the financing and people that quit their job before they buy a house Brian stuck with it. He found a great buyer.
