I truly cannot say enough about Kayla Couch. I met her over a year ago at a restaurant where she was working on her lap top I and asked what she did for a living and she told me she was a realtor and I said well. I’m gonna need a Realtor one day when I sell my daddy‘s house. I just might use you. She gave me her number and I’ve Held onto it for over a year and when I was ready to sell, I sent her a text and asked her if she remembered me and she said “I sure do remember you”, which was impressive to me straight out of the gate. Kayla was always very punctual with answering me when I called or texted her with a ton of questions, and if she didn’t have the answers, she would make sure she got them and got back to me very quickly with the answers. This particular sale of my childhood home was very emotional for me from the start to the finish . She was always so loving and caring. This was my very first time to sell a home, and I was very naïve and had a lot of questions. She always treated me with respect. Never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed.
