Working with Rachael has been a pleasure. This is the first time I have sold a home that I was not currently living in Selling it during a pandemic and living out of state was made simple and stressless working with Rachael. Rachael is very knowledgeable about real estate and the market in Big Bear/surrounding area. We set a price I was happy with that was reasonable and my home got multiple competing offers and sold above asking price. During the contract negotiations Rachael was very thorough and made sure that I understood and even advised changing language to make sure there would be no misunderstanding. I would highly recommend using Rachael for all you real estate needs.

Rachael is wonderful. She Navigated us through our real estate fears and looked after our best interest at all times. She is the most honest straight forward agent we have ever met. She sold our house fast and for well above what we were initially expecting.

Working with Rachael has been amazing! She has gone above and beyond what would be considered normal part of a real estate agent. I received information from her in the mail stating that she could sell our house within a particular range and that she did! She gave great advice on how to stage or home and worked with us with regards to showing our home when we had people staying in our house. Whenever I had issues or concerns about our property should would have people there checking it out for us. We had a very frustrating close and she was my advocate following up with the escrow company and pushing them to get their tasks done. Throughout the closing process she always took my calls and followed up on the issues in a very timely manner. I highly recommend utilizing her for any of your real estate needs.

When we decided to sell our Big Bear house, I recalled a friend's recommendation of realtor and Rachel quickly replied and set things in motion. She's effective, transparent and highly knowledgeable about the local market whether representing buyers or sellers - plus great insight from her experience managing rental properties.

We had the opportunity to purchase a piece of property in the Big Bear area and had the great fortune to have Rachael Smith orchestrate our purchase. She was attentive, transparent, effective and most important, responsive…everything you can pray for in a real estate person. She also knew the area extremely well and has since been able to recommend several other highly rated people in the area that we needed to do some work on our home.

Rachael is great to work with. We didnt live local during our househunt, but she was very flexible and met us whenever we made it to town. We were new to town and she helped us get to know the area. She was very understanding during our decision making process, and very patient. We couldnt thank her enough for getting us into our new home on a very tight timeline.

Sarah was very patient in finding our family a home! We must have gone through 40+ and over a year of searching (we are very particular) and when the perfect one came on the market she had a phone call into us within minutes of it being listed and an offer in the same day and I am very happy to say escrow has closed and we will be using Sarah for every real estate transaction we do as she made it so easy.
