I've worked with Rachael for the last 6+ years and have found her to be one of the best real estate agents I've known. She cares deeply about her clients, finds out their needs and wants, and always delivers upon expectations. As a mortgage lender, I deal with many agents, and Rachael has always been a true pleasure to work with. She's a true professional and I've always enjoyed working with her and her clients!

Rachael was the BEST realtor, we are so glad we found her!! She helped us secure our dream cabin in the woods and helped us get our offer accepted in a very HOT MARKET. Her team was always available to answer any questions/concerns we may have had. Rachael is a dream to work with and we recommend her all the time to people!

If you are looking for someone just as if not more motivated to sell your home as we were look no further! Rachael is in our opinion the Best realtor on the mountain. Because she really pays attention to details and has the technological knowledge to really propell your property above the others. We recommend her to everyone. Good luck . And did I mention top dollar for your sale. This girl will not stop until you get what you want. 😁🤑😊

Choosing Rachel Smith with Compass Real Estate was a great decision and would highly recommend her services. After vetting several agents we decided to put our trust in Rachel. Rachel is very familiar with Big Bear and surrounding communities and current market trends. Our cabin had been used as a rental for several years and required repairs. Rachel was extremely helpful. Quick to respond to questions and concerns, recommending painters, handyman, cleaning service, etc. in addition communicating with Rachel was a breeze and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Rachel made the sale of our cabin a breeze from opening to closing. Thank you Rachel!!!

I was so glad to be referred to Rachael after being ghosted by the first realtor I was working with. She was extremely personable, and creative, which is so important in a market as hot as Big Bear has been while we were searching for our home. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone.

Rachael is a source of information. She is intelligent and knowledgeable in her field and in her market. If she doesn’t know something, she will find out for you. She’s always helpful. I trust her, and her advice. I’m glad to have had her as my agent. But now I’m keeping her as a contact for life. I would refer and recommend Rachael to anyone with questions about real estate, investing, or about Big Bear!

Rachael was a dream to work with. First of all, she sold our home within hours of listing it, and at a higher price than any of the comparable properties in the area. She had been recommended by a brilliant woman who knows more about Big Bear than almost anyone, and Rachael still exceeded our hopes and expectations. She is a pleasure to work with, both detailed and personable. She is also one of the most well-read and well-rounded characters you are likely to meet, and at the top of her game as a realtor. We couldn't recommend her more highly.
