Fortunately, the mountains have always been my home. I was born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, California. Following my high school graduation, I decided to give the San Diego college beach life a try. After two years, I left the ocean behind and found another mountain town to call home. I graduated from CSU San Bernardino in 2011 with a degree in Communication. Although I had plans to work in the entertainment industry, my family's background in real estate led me to follow in their footsteps, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I have lived in beautiful Big Bear since 2008 with my husband Clayton, whom I married in October 2013, and our twins Amelie and Peyton, born May 2017. Thankfully, this four season Southern California destination gives our family the opportunity to do the things we enjoy most. Wake surfing and skiing as a family are two of our favorites! I joined The Tim Wood Group in 2013 and had the opportunity to learn from some of the best intricacies of the Big Bear Real Estate market for over 11 years. In 2024, while remaining with ReMax Big Bear, I became an independent agent. Over the years I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of happy buyers and sellers, while also obtaining my broker's license in 2019. Outside of real estate, Andy enjoys endurance sports, fitness, travel, and serving others. A former CrossFit gym owner and coach, he continues to pursue personal growth through Ironman 70.3 and HYROX competitions. Andy and Rachael also support home-building projects for families in Cambodia, reflecting their shared commitment to faith, service, and making a lasting difference in the lives of others.
