Andy Meadors brings more than 30 years of branding, marketing, and business development experience into his real estate career with RE/MAX Big Bear. Since 1993, he has helped companies and organizations build stronger brands, communicate their value, and stand out in competitive markets. His work has spanned industries from automotive and manufacturing to healthcare and defense, including the development of marketing and communications materials for a defense-industry client supporting the U.S. Army. He now puts that same strategic and creative experience to work helping Big Bear buyers and sellers.
A longtime Big Bear resident, Andy works alongside his wife, Rachael Smith Meadors, combining local knowledge, innovative marketing, and a highly personal approach to real estate. Together, they help clients navigate everything from primary homes and mountain escapes to investment and vacation-rental properties.
Andy is also the creator of Explore Big Bear, a social media platform showcasing unique properties, investment opportunities, and the lifestyle that makes the Big Bear Valley such a special place to live and own a home.
For Andy, real estate is ultimately about service. His faith and his own experiences through hardship, loss, and restoration have shaped how he approaches both business and relationships—with humility, honesty, gratitude, and a genuine desire to help people.
Outside of real estate, Andy is a former CrossFit gym owner and coach who continues to compete in Ironman 70.3 and HYROX events. He and Rachael are authors, lead a weekly Life Recovery group, and support home-building projects for families in Cambodia.
