She provided clear instructions for what we needed to do to prepare the house for showing (which we followed exactly), orchestrated an excellent multimedia marketing campaign that presented the house at its best, priced it perfectly and ran a smooth sales process to completion. She and her team also did a terrific job putting in the extra effort to showcase our home in the best possible light, through professional photoshoots (and reshoots as needed), staging advice and even providing staging items. In addition, her professional network came in handy when we needed referral expertise to not only work on areas of the house, but also the closing.
