We love Kathy, Terry, and their coworker Bonnie. They have helped us 3 times, selling our home in Peabody in 2008, buying a home in Lynn in 2012, and selling same home in 2016. We're rolling stones in a sense and have decided to live in an apartment instead of owning. Kathy, Terry, and Bonnie did amazing work with the assessment of the value of the home and the marketing, including listing our home on multiple web sites in record time. For both homes that were sold, it only took one open house to achieve offers. The Sullivan Team is very knowledgeable regarding paperwork needed for sale, and what a "good" offer looks like. Kathy and Terry were great to work with. My dad had recently passed away and my sister and I needed to sell his house. Terry and Kathy were the most prepared and professional of the agents we interviewed. It was a difficult process because my sister lives in another state so a lot of e-mailing had to be done. Kathy was terrific at keeping us informed at every step of the way. Kathy was very helpful with suggestions to make the house more salable. She was also able to connect us with painters, electricians, and others we needed to have help repair things and spruce up the property. When I decide to sell my home, they will definitely be the team I call.

We met Kathy Sullivan at an open house for one of her listings.
