I found out short-notice that I would be moving across the country and needed a house for my family in New Jersey. I called Anthony based on his reviews, and he certainly lived up to his reputation. He found a very nice house for my family (with extras) located close to work, and within my price range. He also recommended a a finance team that worked with me on a VA loan and kept me informed throughout the process/ (smooth) transaction. I bought my house with Anthony about 3 years ago and I had a wonderful experience working with him. He made sure that everything was taken care of. then when it came to selling my house I worked with Anthony. He was extremely helpful in my eyes. Well I was halfway across the country and he was able to take care of absolutely everything for me and I didn't have to lift a finger. Jeanette managed our property for many years and worked with each tenant in regards to issues or problems that they encountered. She was very proactive and found tenants quickly when lease terms were up. She also facilitated the sale of that property and was there to take care of all the appointments and coordinate with all parties involved. We would highly recommend Jeanette for your property management and realtor needs. She is a hard worker and easy to deal with.

Jeanette was my property manager for 8 years and was a pleasure to work with. Renting out your property and living half way across the US can be very stressful and overwhelming. Knowing we had Jeanette in our corner made the process a lot easier. She stayed on top of everything and always made sure we had tenants in the property. Not just any tenants but qualified tenants that could be trusted. She was excellent at taking care of everything and not letting the stress get to us. She did an amazing job when repairs needed to happen and kept us and the tenants up to speed with everything and ensured it was completed quickly and kept the cost down. When it came time to sell the house she found buyers right away and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. There were several hurdles to overcome but she took care of it all. We could not of asked for a better property manager or real estate agent. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
