Mary Beth has been working with me to represent a very difficult to sell condo property held in an estate. She has been outstanding to work with and incredibly helpful with a variety of issues. I live in a different state and have few local contacts. Mary Beth seems to have a small army of contractors and others that have been able to help at the drop of a hat. At one point we had only a few days before a scheduled closing and a water leak from another unit caused significant damage. She got a contractor out on Christmas eve to help and he had the unit repaired in time for the January 8 scheduled closing. The sale fell through for other reasons and Mary Beth is still working with me. I couldn't ask for better service or communication.

Mary Beth is magic. She sold our home in 10 days (in this economy!) for more then asking price. I believe the advice she gave us on preparation of our home for sale was key. She was firm but understood that we sellers think our home should be desirable for anyone who looks at, in whatever state of decor that we have maintained it for the years we lived in it. We spent a little money getting ready for the listing but I have to admit the house showed beautifully. In fact the home inspection went so well that sellers requested no work be done on the house as a contingency for settlement. <br/><br/>Mary Beth knows and understands today's market very well and that helped us establish a realistic and attractive price for our home.
