If your focus is the best result, go to MBA and her team! MBA answered my 1st call, no phone tag. She listened to my situation, and accepted the challenge. She came out assessed my house, told me what needed to be done, and provided me with her resources. Once I did what I needed to do, my home was scheduled for an Open House on Sunday, and I received a full price offer and signed the contract within 2 days! The house sold within 30 days! ....And she and her team helped me find the perfect new home for my family. As I stated, she gets the job done!

Cynthia Chubb is absolutely amazing!! She listened to all of our wants and needs and made sure all the boxes were checked. She is very prompt with responding and works in the best interest of her clients! She is a wonderful advocate for her clients and goes above and beyond. Our son purchased his first home at 21 years old and he was treated as a VIP during the entire process. After our bid was accepted, we were completely surprised with a special delivery mailed to our home to help us with packing. Cynthia took a very scary process and turned it into a wonderful stress free experience. I cannot recommend her enough…. We were truly blessed to have found Cynthia. I would give her 100 stars if they let me!!

Some years ago, Mary Beth Adelman sold me my home. I was so impressed with her then that when it came time, many years later, to sell my home, the was my first and only choice. She walked into my house and was able to assess almost immediately what needed to be done to get top dollar, and who to call to get things done quickly and with high quality and good taste. She was a constant cheerleader, making me feel like selling my house was her top priority. It sold in just a few days after it was listed and her impressive negotiating skills got me almost 10% over the asking price. Plus, she followed up with me through closing to make sure understood the process and to continue being supportive. I greatly appreciate all that she did, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. We've worked with Mary Beth Adelman on several real estate purchases over the years; all have been great...but this last one was the best! We had very specific criteria including a house that would be a great fit for my elderly parents to have a first-floor bedroom and enough space for my husband, son & I to have areas to ourselves as well.
