Mary Beth knew more about my condo association than I did!

Mary Beth knew the building and its management and, more as importantly, knew the market. Her pricing recommendations were realistic and appropriate and she priced my condo accordingly. It sold in about a week... far faster than I expected. All in all, a relatively smooth transaction.

MBA was prompt for every meeting.

With her extensive contacts, she was able to get excellent contractors at a discount. Against all odds, she was able to get my settlement documents ready for my signature while I was in town even though settlement was pushed out by two days.

She Gets The Job DONE!

If your focus is the best result, go to MBA and her team! MBA answered my 1st call, no phone tag. She listened to my situation, and accepted the challenge. She came out assessed my house, told me what needed to be done, and provided me with her resources. Once I did what I needed to do, my home was scheduled for an Open House on Sunday, and I received a full price offer and signed the contract within 2 days! The house sold within 30 days! ....And she and her team helped me find the perfect new home for my family. As I stated, she gets the job done!
