I sell Residential homes, Rural homes, Ranches, Country homes and raw land in Alvin, Angleton, Danbury, Manvel, Pearland, Rosharon and Santa Fe so I understand that buying a home, farm, ranch or land can be very stressful. Highly recommend Mindy as a realtor!

Mindy was very knowledgeable as to what we should ask for our house as we were unsure. Because of this, we were able to receive a very nice offer. She communicated with us very well and kept us informed of showings and feedback from potential buyers. The photographer that Mindy hired to take photos of our house and property did a phenomenal job. He even used a drone to take overhead photos. When it came to closing on the house, we knew exactly what to expect and it went very smoothly. If we ever need a realtor in the future, we will call Mindy.

Mindy’s the greatest!

Mindy did a great job throughout the whole process of selling our home. She was always available for the many questions we had. The timing of selling our home and closing on our new home was tight, taking some extra planning and she nailed it. Mindy made everything as stress free as possible. Highly recommend Mindy.
