During the entire process, Val was very helpful and had many resources and reputable contractors' names she was able to provide, when needed, while preparing our home for sale. She brought in a wonderful photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Val's extensive knowledge of the area and the market was key to us receiving a very high price for our property. Val was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. Val did a wonderful job negotiating on our behalf to close the deal and we couldn't be happier!! In this highly competitive market you need someone as attentive and quick on her feet as Sage. Sage has lots of great advice for new or well seasoned buyers. I am an investor and have purchased two rentals in the Loveland/Windsor area using Sage as my real estate professional. This is a very fast market and Sage helped me find the right rentals both times. She is patient, and found houses for sale quickly, setup appointments asap, and helped me make it happen. I closed on my first home a few days ago and even though the process was overwhelming and very intimidating I did not feel at risk in any way because I knew that Ben had my back. He walked me through each step and talked through each facet of the process with me to make sure I knew what was expected of me as well as what I should expect from the parties involved in our transaction. Ben spent much of his career working on high end houses and even though my purchase was on the lower end of the price scale he took the time to be diligent and stay multiple steps ahead of me to preempt my needs.
