While the real estate market is always difficult to navigate, the surrounding factors during a pandemic make it nigh impossible. Despite this, Kim and her husband Tim has made it not only possible but as low stress as it could possibly me. They were available every time as question arose and things needed to be clarified, they looked out for our best interests and despite probably having a full plate, we felt like we were their only clients during our process. Always thankful to have had them in our corner.

Very pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable of the area and housing market. Was very accommodating with showings. Helped to save us money on inspections and provide us with referrals on contractors needed for misc. House projects even after closing. Really looked out for protecting our interests when buying our house. Would definitely use her again on a future purchase or sale
