Karen is a very experienced and efficient broker. She was on top of everything related to the sale of my property and found buyers in a very limited market. She was very helpful in a stressful time of our lives and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

We purchased a second home in Englewood with Karen. Most of the transaction occurred while we were in Michigan. Karen was amazing scheduling everything and great timely communication. Her quick response time back to us was much appreciated. Our deal closed with literally no issues and that’s due to Karen. Would highly recommend Karen Lehmann.

As an out- of-town first time buyer I really appreciated the time and professionalism Karen exhibited with me. She took the time to explain the pros and cons of different properties and what that would mean to me as a buyer. From my first interaction with Karen I knew I had someone looking out for my interest through the entire process. She did virtual walk-through with me and if she didn’t know the answer to one of my questions she got the information and got back to me in a timely manner. To anyone considering buying in this area from another state Karen is your go-to realtor. I couldn’t be happier with the home I have! And Karen took the stress and uncertainty out of the buying process from another state! Thank You Karen

Kim's service was above and beyond what could reasonably be expected from a realtor. I live in Illinois and had listed my mother and stepfather's house with Kim. During the process there were several matters that arose (including two hurricanes) that an absentee owner could not take care of. Kim took care of them, including placing sand bags, house cleaning, having the yard mowed, obtaining a replacement title for a vehicle that had been sold and needed to be moved out of the driveway. In addition she kept me advised of what was happening every step of the way. I would highly recommend her and her team.

Karen Lehmann was great to work with on our recent purchase of a home in Port Charlotte, FL. She was friendly & caring and also extremely knowledgeable of the home buying process and had lots of knowledge of SW Florida as well! She was a great comfort to us through the whole home buying process with the stress of buying the home while being out of state still, never having lived in FL, and also navigating the process through the 2 hurricanes that came through during the closing period! I would definitely use Karen again and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great realtor to work with.
