We were well prepared before listing the property thanks to his advice on his first walk through. Property was under contract in a week. All my questions were answered and everything explained to my satisfaction. Attorney he selected to handle the closing was the consummate professional....as was Joe. Plus he has a great sense of humor and is a kind man. Joe is my cousin but I would not have used his services if he reputation hasn’t been top notch.

Their phones are always on and they are very responsive and even took phone calls during and around the holidays. Midge McCarthy has very high work ethic standards, and truly cares about her clients. We were in especially difficult situation selling our vacation home in Sarasota remotely (with very limited opportunity to travel and take care of the property), and Midge has done a great job filling many of the gaps we had on maintenance and other matters, including an especially challenging period after the hurricane Irma. For a number of reasons (a major remodeling was one of them) not related to the quality of Midge's services, our property was on the Market for over 8 months, so at times it seemed very frustrating, with no end in site, but Midge would never loose hope, she would always keep a positive attitude and hard work, and those are the qualities that never fail to do the job right. There was a happy ending to our story (as I am sure was to many other stories), because of Midge's skills, perseverance, and strong sense of responsibility to her clients.

My house was in Florida and i lived in Indiana. the house also had numerous issues that had to be fixed to take it to market. Midge was exemplary at taking care of the details and keeping me well informed of everything i needed to do. She helped me arrange contractors and checked their work. I could not have completed this without her help, the hand-holding required was extensive and it was greatly appreciated. i highly recommend Midge to everyone i speak to.
