Midge was excellent at listening at showing us property that was what we were looking for. We lived about 140 miles from Longboat Key. We looked at several properties and made offers on several ones. The condo we bought was perfect for us. Midge was very experienced and followed up on every detail. If you fine a property. you need to be prepared to act and make a offer. She will be our agent on any other properties we buy.

We highly recommend Larry as a realtor in the Sarasota area! We've moved 8 times in the past 12 years and Larry's the best agent we've had. He's very patient; we looked at over 30 houses in 6 months, some multiple times, and we walked away from a couple after inspections.
