I don't know how Larisa does it! How she removes, completely dilutes pressure, nervousness, uncertainty associated with an entire process of buying/selling the real estate?! Doesn't matter if it is a property worth of few 10's of thousand or multimillion $$ mansion, if it is a current wild-west-like RE market or not, or if it is an investment property or for a personal use. Very quickly you starting to accept nothing else but perfect and timely communication, punctuality. Larisa does it routinely and with absolute ease. This even discipline you.
