This is the second transaction my wife and I have completed with Kay. The initial one was a purchase and this time it was a sale. As we experienced the first time, Kay is a total pro when it comes to all the ins/outs of marketing and closing a transaction. Her pre-market analysis was spot on and there was no disparity that often happen with a pre-market valuation compared to what the property actually gets sold for. Her guidance and advice through the transaction were highly reassuring and welcomed. We met with John and asked his opinion on repairs that we needed to make. He provided a list of contractors that would be fair, honest and do exceptional work. We were very happy with all of them and then John was given the go ahead to list our house and we had a winning offer that day. John really guided us through the process, found us exceptional contractors and marketed the house for a very quick sale and above asking price. We couldn't have had a better experience. We certainly would ask John to represent us again.
