In this day and age when everyone has an opinion on everything and convinced they're experts, it's refreshing to come across someone who actually knows what she's talking about. We met her on a hot Sunday afternoon in July when she was "assigned" by the website to show us a property. She arrived genuinely happy and seemed pleased to show us around the property. We decided against that first property but decided on her as our realtor. She was always available to talk, answer questions, get more information, or drive out to see any property. When she figured out what we were looking for she showed us the right property and we bought it. That's a true professional. I wish there were more of them.

Jo Lee is the best real estate agent that I have worked with (I have bought 5 homes). I was looking for a specific type of property on the water that I was not sure that I would find. On top of that, I live in New England, but was looking in the Tampa area. She took the time to talk with me and understand what I was looking for. She sent me emails of homes that fit my needs and we built a group that would be worth looking at. I traveled to Tampa and we took a day to see them all. When I got home and spoke with my wife, we decided that there were two that we liked more than the rest. We were planning to go back down to Tampa in a couple weeks to look at both. Jo Lee suggested that she could film us a couple of virtual walkthroughs and give us a link to watch them. She did this very quickly and my wife agreed that she liked the same one that I did. We decided to make an offer. After the offer was accepted, Jo Lee made time to meet a couple of contractors and went in and measured some stuff that we asked about. After closing, she continued to check in to see if there was anything else we needed, as we are new to the area. I was lucky to get connected to Jo Lee. I feel that if I had another agent, I might not have found this house. I would recommend anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house to use Jo Lee.

Christine came highly recommended to me as an out of state buyer. I was counting on her knowledge and expertise in real estate to help me find my dream home in Florida. After spending some time with her and checking out numerous properties we were not able to find anything so I returned to Indiana to continue my search. Shortly after my return Christine said she had located a condo and did a walk through with me via Facetime. Since she is a landlord to several properties and was a stickler for detail I trusted her to definitely go through the place and tell me if anything needed to be taken care of before we made the offer. She reassured me that everything was updated and no need for an inspection so I took her word. Upon my arrival I discovered that the walls and doors were in horrible condition, with paint peeling and debris painted onto the doors. The outdoor screens have several holes in them, the hookup to the washer/dryer was not hooked up so I had to contact a plumber to fix that problem, luckily the seller paid the $800 bill. Overall I was disappointed that Christine did not make me fully aware of issues and that she did not even try to negotiate with seller on price, therefore I paid full price with a condo that definitely needed some repairs. Also since I was out of state Christine did not have to attend my closing. In my opinion she did very minimal work to earn her commission. I was very disappointed with the whole experience.
