I found Nicole online while searching for Florida property. She seemed young and energetic always sending me listings to look at. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. I decided to come down and let her show me properties. She was great making sure I saw many in the timeframe I had while down there. Found the townhouse of my dreams and she guided me through the steps to make it happen. She is very thoughtful and knows her job. My closing is today! Do I recommend her as an agent? Absolutely I do!

Nicole Provided us with an exceptional experience! Not only did she help us find our forever new home but helped us become familiar with the state of Florida since we are relocating from Atlanta, there was a lot of Other things we needed advice on. She’s very knowledgeable and thorough she really made it easy for us to understand the home buying process. My husband and I couldn’t have found a better Real state agent.

Stacy sold our Florida condo while we were out of state, without us ever meeting her in person. She bent over backwards and made the process a breeze. From going the extra mile to help us find a tenant, dealing with our tenant when we decided to sell, recommending cleaners, helping facilitate delivery of keys to the new buyers...she handled it all with grace!! Would definitely recommend her for your home selling needs!

Stacy was the best realtor in so many ways. She was involved from day one and ensured everyone was informed along the way. She was very responsive, and worked hard to get my house sold in a short period of time and exceeded my expectations.

Stacy is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is very personable and professional. Her knowledge of the area proved invaluable to us in choosing what areas we should look in. She was very responsive to phone calls and emails. Because of Stacy, our buying experience was very smooth and she explained all of the quirks in buying a home in Florida. It was a different experience from New York and she was great at explaining everything we needed to do from making an offer to the closing process. If you are looking for an agent in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, you could not find a better agent to work with.

After reading good reviews I thought i Was in good hands. The properties I was shown did not match my requests. He talked more about himself and how wonderful he thinks he is. He did not do himself any favours by making advances on me rather than trying to purchase a home.

Stacie was recommended to us from a friend and we were so pleased to meet her. She helped us find a wonderful condo form mom to use and also rent out when she's noticing it. She was able to steer us to the right areas and showed us enough properties for us to make a good choice from. She also answered many questions and made sure we were making a wise purchase. She negotiated the price and we had a smooth closing.

We were very impressed with Stacy’s market knowledge and marketing of our home. She went above and beyond our expectations to help us sell. From the initial contact until the sale Stacy kept us informed throughout every showing to walking us all the closing documents.
