Stacy is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is very personable and professional. Her knowledge of the area proved invaluable to us in choosing what areas we should look in. She was very responsive to phone calls and emails. Because of Stacy, our buying experience was very smooth and she explained all of the quirks in buying a home in Florida. It was a different experience from New York and she was great at explaining everything we needed to do from making an offer to the closing process. Stacy is one of the most professional realtors that I have ever met. I don't mean to get into the weeds; but many of the realtors that I have met in the past had always seemed to have ulterior motives. They where driven by money and not by customer service. Stacy was all in and fully present. Stacy is very sharp and knowledgeable of the intricacies of real estate and will not mislead you. Our house needed a new roof and AC unit, it got done. If a house is a money pit, she won't let you buy it. She listens and delivers. If there is a way for her to be promoted; it should have been done yesterday.
