Our experience with Jo-Lee was great! She went above and beyond to help us! We have worked with many realtors in the past and she is top notch! We started the process from a different state, in the thick of the Covid pandemic and she was so helpful even doing virtual showings for us.

she sent long hours to support the sell of your home with in a senior community and found several options to buy your new home. Working with your house buyer which are out of state to transition ownership and doing the same with the old home owner alarm and pool companies for a seamless transition.

Jolee was absolutely exceptional from the beginning of our affiliation. She helped me find a rental property purchase it and set up everything for the property. She did all of this while I was in a completely different state. The property needed work and she helped me arrange local vendorsTo help me get a new roof and a new hot water heater and redo some areas were water damage occurred. Then she was able to help me sell this property for an excellent price. I cannot imagine being able to do this type of transaction without someone as amazing as Jolee. I gave her my highest recommendation!

Stacy is the best! We wouldn't use anyone else. She found the latest property we purchased for us and we weren't even actively looking! She is responsive and willing to work outside of normal business hours.

Jolee Mansfield is the best realtor anyone can ever ask for . She is professional, courteous , caring and above all HONEST! Jolee has a heart of gold and she will not steer anyone wrong . She was simply a pleasure to work with and extremely trustworthy and caring. There was never a time when a text message went unanswered or any phone calls as well. She worked so hard all hours of the day to get back ti us with any questions or concerns we might had. ( as we live out of state)In the beginning of our house search we were not sure what would fit our lifestyle at the moment, and we were quite confused. Jolee knew exactly what we needed without us really knowing ourselves. This is an amazing talent and gift. She advised us with practicality, experience and honesty. Not only is she a talented realtor, she is a wonderful person ,one with whom we trusted and now call our friend.

Jo Lee was extremely knowledgeable about the market. Her knowledge of the surrounding area was helpful to local and out of town potential buyers. She was able to promote the property through knowing the amenities and attractions in the area. Her thoughtful approach and careful explanations would be beneficial to anyone using her services.

Jo-Lee did an all around fantastic job for us in a very competitive market. She is the best realtor that we have ever worked with. One example of her going beyond the call of duty is when she took time out from her family time to help us on the 4th of July! She was prompt and professional in helping us every step of the way during our relocation process. My wife and I strongly recommend her for buying or selling your home.

Since I was out of state, she went over and behind the expectations of a realtor, I would recommend her to all of my friends.

Jim and I were so happy that we found Travis and he became our agent. We have dealt with several different agencies and realtors over the years we have been coming to Florida and have had good experiences with all of them, but we feel Travis was heads above the others. He is the one that finally made us Florida homeowners and we appreciate his knowledge, friendliness, and patience in helping us find what we were looking for and take the step. We also appreciate his help after he made the sale.
