Cindy was great to work with! She helped us sell our home in Fort Collins on a fairly tight timeframe and was spot on in regard to pricing. We ended up moving out of state before closing and she took care of every little detail including replacing curtain rods that we accidentally took down and moved before realizing they were included with the house. She explained everything so well and was our calm presence when things got stressful. We would definitely recommend her to our friends and family!

In Jan of 2024, I contacted Mr. Detmer about selling our property in rural La Salle. My wife and I had endured a very frustrating previous 12 months of trying to sell with numerous failed contracts and for different reasons. And so the requested task was not going to be an easy one. Once Al decided and committed to working with us, he jumped right in and immediately started researching the history and then formulated an aggressive plan to market and to get the property sold ASAP.
