Randy was our realtor when we purchased our home in 1998 and again when we sold the same home in 2020. He was helpful in '98 when our funds were held up in Pennsylvania . In the recent sale, we. left the state before our house was on the market and in our absence he dealt with many details that were beyond his responsibility. He kept us informed through the process of the sale which happened before the house was on the market for above asking price. We heartily recommend Randy Ewan as an excellent and professional realtor.

As first time homebuyers, Charles was incredibly patient, upfront, and worked very hard to make sure that our experience went smoothly. Although we have nothing to compare our experience to, we were extremely impressed by Charles’ work ethic, professionalism, and knowledge of the home buying process. He was always a text or phone call away for us from the first moment we connected to beyond the closing process. We highly recommend him and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Randy is extremely personable and helpful! Unlike previous realtors, he did not pressure us into making a decision at any point, even after viewing several places. He is also one of the best communicators! After telling him what we were looking for, he had many places for us to look through online. Once we picked the places we wanted to see in person, he quickly set up times to view the properties. I was shocked at how fast he was able to help us. Not only that, he knew a great detail about each property and was able to answer all of our questions. He made buying a property very simple, fast, and fun.

We LOVE Charles. He is awesome at what he does. He has a great knack of holding on loosely but not letting go when it comes to sales. He was very responsive and made suggestions to help us save money on both our buy and our sell! Thank you Charles.

Charles was great to work with! Very responsive and very informative! Thank you for your help to find us a beautiful home in a months time. There was never any issues to see a house as soon as it hit the marker considering how fast the market was going and no issues with closing. The communication between us and the sellers was always prompt and clear and never had us waiting and wondering what was going on. Thank you again Charles!

I have worked with Kim on three transactions within the past year. She makes the whole process incredibly easy. Her attention to detail and professionalism are top notch! One of the transactions had me very concerned as I was in a bit of a time crunch and it wasn't the easiest property to sell. Kim had the property under contract within a week after listing and for full asking price. I highly recommend Kim.
