My husband and I met Randy in 1998 when we were new to Colorado and looking for a home. We found him very helpful in more ways than just being our agent. He was knowledgeable in all things "property" and tirelessly showed us many homes in the area. When we had questions about a property he would help us understand any potential problems and/or how to fix them. We felt we were in very good hands when it was time to enter into a contract for purchasing our first home. Randy always went through each document with us in detail, and patiently explained what all the legal implications and ramifications were. It was most reassuring to have an agent like him! When it was time to move to a newer home many years later, we reconnected with Randy and he helped us sell the house and buy another one with the same care and attention to details as before. Both the sale of the old house and the purchase of the new one went very smoothly. Again we felt we were in very good hands, and have an excellent agent! This year, we decided to relocate out of state, and once again Randy was our trusted agent to sell our home in Severance CO. Randy is up to date with the latest technology and information, providing us with ever increasing scope of devices and ideas to show and sell our houses. He has great connections with handymen and all kinds of contractors to help us fix any problems and show our house in the best light. As a result we have had very few problems on inspection. I don't know how he is able to do this with all his many clients in this feverish housing market, but Randy is ALWAYS on top of things and connects with us VERY frequently. He reviews the feedback after every showing and lets us know everything that is going on. This is been a huge reassurance for us and we are so thankful to have met Randy many years ago. Randy has been our agent FOUR TIMES and we have been very grateful for his work every time. We think he is the best agent and a good friend!
