We had to have some work done and she knew who to call. She helped to get it arranged, let the numerous contractors in and made sure the job was done correctly and completely. We left town for vacation feeling very confident and comfortable knowing Tina was handling things. She communicated the contractors, the estate sale people and us. She called about the offers and went over them with us. We found out a lot about the different type of loans and that each one had different requirements that had to be met for someone to get the loan.
