Kelly was great from minute one. She knew market values, helped us with all of the details to get our house on the market at a good time, she helped coordinate all of the big and little things to get things ready to show the house, suggested to have a realtor open house then walked through schedules for the open houses for the public, was great at communicating with us, was a fantastic listener and was there at closing to make sure all went well.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Kelly. Buying a home is a wonderful yet challenging experience and Kelly was instrumental in guiding us through the process of finding our beautiful new home. We were looking for a multi-generational home which meant we had to find something that worked for both me and my parents, and we all have different priorities and opinions about our needs and wants. We also had the added complexity of my parents being out of state. Luckily for us, Kelly took the time to help us move from 'all over the place' to a solid list of criteria to find a place that works wonderfully for all of us. She knows the area and the market so well and was so quick to answer all of our many questions that came up during the process.
