"JoAnn Caddoo was referred to us from a friend's daughter that spoke very highly of her. JoAnn was kind and helpful through the whole process. JoAnn Caddoo went above and beyond to help us find our home. Since we were buying and moving long distance, she spent her entire Mother's Day/Birthday weekend to show us a multitude of homes while we were in town visiting over a long weekend. JoAnn then spent the next month taking us through dozens of houses virtually. Because of the CRAZY housing market, it took multiple offers on different properties until we secured our new home, but JoAnn was encouraging and steadfast through it all. JoAnn's knowledge of the area was super helpful, too. She was very knowledgable of all the different neighborhoods in the Fort Collins area, and willing to chime in about things that might or might not be a good fit for our family's needs in each area. My husband and I don't always look for the same things in a home and she balanced our desires and found something for us we both loved - with lots of extra time and effort chatting and showing us plenty of 'all over the place' options. Each time we saw a place we didn't love, she used that insight for finding more options that ticked off our requirements and needs we didn't even realize we were looking for initially.
