Patrick is a Rock Star!
When we lost our dad and mother required memory care, we knew we could no longer take care of their property. All of us loved out of state and we were not sure where to turn. Patrick was so helpful and willing to really dig in and take the stress off of the situation. He took care of the details and had many resources at the ready. It was a complicated situation and he worked with us every step of the way. Thank you Patrick for your hard work and kindness. You’re practically part of the family now.

I am in a home that makes me happy
Mr. Gaebler was wonderful to work with, I think with patience at the forefront of his mind he really went the extra mile. With COVID and the dropping interest rates the real estate market was really an unknown roller coaster for many realtors, home buyers and sellers. Mr. Gaebler navigated the uncharted territory exceptionally well with the many unforeseen variables that popped up. In then end I am in a home that makes me happy, and that's what matters.

My husband and I have sold seven houses in the past ten years and used almost as many realtors
My husband and I have sold seven houses in the past ten years and used almost as many realtors. Patrick was the absolute best, from his knowledge of the market, his attention to detail and his consistent effort to go above and beyond our expectations for service. Patrick went to such lengths on our last home sale that he donned a arc welders suit in order to cut up and remove an old hot water heater that needed to be removed from our crawlspace at the 11th hour to make the deal go through! Finally, his ability to keep us informed with handwritten notes and thank you cards through the entire process was unmatched. This guy is a national treasure!
