Some of many kudos include ​20 plus years of experience, genuine trustworthiness, personable, highly recommended by a neighbor, positive personality, excellence in paperwork and​ keeping things moving forward, excellent communication skills each step of the way. She was always available to answer questions, and knew qualified people, agencies, reliable companies and individuals for necessary home repairs all necessary on a set personal timeframe required. My gut intuition and prayers were all answered. Although ​I now live in Italy, Tina always will be a treasured friend.

Kim was very wonderful to work with. She listened to what we wanted and seeked out properties that fit our needs. She was respectful of our budget and gave great advice along the way. Through the contracting process, she was incredibly responsive and fought for our best interests with the seller. She answered all of our questions, which was many considering we were first time home buyers. I couldn’t recommend Kim more!
