Facing a difficult market, she crafted various plans to make our home more attractive to potential buyers, including new photos for marketing when the season changed. She crafted an improvements sheet to show potential buyers the value we had added to the home. She has a real personal touch and a warm spirit and is very dedicated and detail oriented. We are thankful for her expertise, guidance, and support all the way from offers and contracts through to closing. If we were still needing real estate services in Colorado, she would be our go to.

One of Tina’s greatest strengths is her attention to detail. On one property, she recommended having the windows professionally cleaned inside and out. I was amazed by how many agents commented on how bright, warm and cheerful it made the home feel. Another time, I stopped by the property and found her outside painting a chipped handrail.
