Charles and his team are AWESOME!!! My husband and I were looking for someone to sell out home in Wellington and didn’t know any realtors in NoCo at all so I literally googled realtors and Charles was the first one to pop up and he had the best reviews so decided to call him. He’s great to work with, doesn’t beat around the bush with ANYTHING-he just tells you as it is (which is nice!) We really enjoyed working with him.

Michael knows the market and area very well! I appreciate his patience with me as a 1st time buyer. We had a timeline and he made it happen. In the midst of difficulty, he was so kind, helpful, reassuring, and funny! It was always a joy to see him while hunting for a new home. He is very professional, has great contacts, and stays connected after the deal is done. Amazing!

Charles Sparks helped us so much as a realtor when we just bought a house in Fort Collins. He was always prompt in communicating, really understood what we were looking for and connected well not just with us, but also with our son, who will be living in this house. Charles lead us through the process with good advice, a calm, honest manner that was very helpful in an experience as stressful as buying a house in a very active market. I appreciated that he informed us when houses came on the market and secured a site visit, but was never pushy or took our time if we were not interested in what we saw. After we bought this house, he was very helpful in connecting us with services that we needed for repair and remodel.

Kim is an extraordinary real estate agent that is always on top of your needs and upcoming events. We have gone through 4 transactions with Kim by our side and I couldn't imagine anyone could be better then her. She is extremely personalable, knowledgeable, honest, on time and organzied. Even after your transaction is finished she is there to help. After working with Kim she becomes more like a friend or family member not just a real estate agent. Kim is a stellar agent who goes above and beyond for her clients. She helped us relocate and made the process so smooth. She set aside an entire weekend to show us around and show us 10 plus house on our trip out to Colorado. Kim meet with us several times by zoom and chatted over phone to help us plan out our move. Kim even made sure we had rental options available until we closed on our house.
