He was always prompt in communicating, really understood what we were looking for and connected well not just with us, but also with our son, who will be living in this house. Charles lead us through the process with good advice, a calm, honest manner that was very helpful in an experience as stressful as buying a house in a very active market. I appreciated that he informed us when houses came on the market and secured a site visit, but was never pushy or took our time if we were not interested in what we saw. Kim is a stellar agent who goes above and beyond for her clients. She helped us relocate and made the process so smooth. She set aside an entire weekend to show us around and show us 10 plus house on our trip out to Colorado. Kim meet with us several times by zoom and chatted over phone to help us plan out our move. She made house-hunting, relocating and settling into our new city seamless and welcoming. Having bought and sold homes in the past we knew that doing the same during COVID would be an undertaking. Not only was Chrissy a great agent who helped us find and purchase the perfect home in a tough market, but as a local with lots of connections and knowledge of the area she went above and beyond and helped us find everything from dentists and doctors to local yoga studios to help us settle in.
