We recently closed on our second property with Hilary. Hilary has described herself as "one stop shopping" and it is so true. She is NOT the agent that collects a listing, markets it on MLS and the other real estate websites, and then shows up to closing. She was there from the beginning to end. She drove to our property at least twice a week to water the flowers and maintain the house. She met with the appraiser, inspector, and each perspective buyer. Her constant communication was so appreciated! Thanks for ALL of your hard work!!!
