Tracy is just amazing. Her knowledge and advice were invaluable in getting our home sold quickly at a great price, in a market where other properties are starting to stagnate and have price reductions. Work with her, utilize her expertise, and you won't be disappointed!

Tracy is by far the best agent I’ve ever work with on buying a house. We were extremely nervous coming from out of state. She made the process easy, defended and protected us as clients. She made sure our needs were met when finding a house and took time to show us the areas to help our decision. It helps that she is outgoing, extremely smart and has decades of experience in the business. We would not use anyone else in this market but Tracy.

Doug has provided us very positive results since we’ve known over the past ten years. He’s your guy!

Elizabeth is an absolute professional. Having been in the business for over 30 years it was such a pleasure to work with someone who not only knows what she is doing, but she and Emily made the entire process easy! Moving halfway across the country is not easy! They worked tirelessly and went above and beyond in so many instances to ensure everything was handled. I would not hesitate to work with Elizabeth again!

Doug is extremely good at what he does. He did a very comprehensive study on what our house was worth in the current market which yielded a well timed sale with no issues from accepted offer to close. Doug handled everything that was needed to be done in a timely fashion and kept in great communication with me the entire time. If I ever need to sell or buy a property again I will definitely use Doug and recommend him to anyone in need of a professional realtor.

Tracy has worked with my family for about a decade now and this was my first time working with her personally. I have to say that whenever I needed something, she was on it 100% every single time. She sold my old place really quick and helped us find our dream home. I plan on using only her for my future real estate needs. Thanks so much Tracy!!

Hilary always goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth closing. She makes herself available even after normal business hours. She is very personable and professional. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle my real estate transactions.

Working with Tracy was wonderful. She really knows the Denver suburb market. Tracy worked with the sellers to not only get us the winning bid, but also everything related to the inspection taken care of. We had a pretty tight schedule between selling and buying, and Tracy reduce that headache by doing all of the legwork on the buying side for us.

Tracy was very knowledgeable due to her experience in business. She took the time to break everything down for me to understand. Tracy showed me different homes and the way it breaks down for payments.

You cannot go wrong with Elizabeth. She has done several transactions as both buyer’s and seller’s agent for us. We’ve bought and sold 5 homes since 2012 and she’s always been there to help us. We love her.
