Sherri was amazing on all counts. As an out of state buyer, I was really nervous about the whole process and even which side of town to focus on. She helped by showing my local friend the houses and doing FaceTime for me to “tour.” She even created a photo tour of the home I bought because I couldn’t physically get their to see it prior to closing!! When it came time to negotiate, the market was hot and Sherri knew it. The price we offered was slightly over asking but exactly what it appraised at is what she said it would likely go for (we ended up paying slightly less than appraisal which felt validating :)) AND she got the seller to replace the roof and make most of the repairs we requested in the height of the crazy 2021 market!!! From a communication perspective, I love text and she accommodated and was highly responsive. Having come from a very competitive CA market with real estate professionals, I know a class act when I see it!! Sherri hit all the marks. I recommend Sherri to anyone in the market to buy (or sell) on the front range!

Her motto was, "We never give up!" We randomly picked Sherri as our agent off of Zillow and we are so thankful we did. As an out of state buyer, she and her staff were there to answer questions, meet with inspectors and just listen to our worries and concerns. She went above and beyond to help with documentation for the lender which made this purchase happen! She didn't give up that this would go through at a time that we did. Would we recommend and use Sherri again? Absolutely! We were casually looking in Nov 2020 in the Boulder area and wanted to be closed by the end of May. During the high demand time (as in 19 offers for multiple houses) it was very challenging to find a place given demand and Sherri kept us motivated and informed of different strategies to get and edge over the competition. Sherri was well experienced and had a story and example for every situation we encountered and gave us confidence in her advice. Why is Sherri Schultz the BEST? Of all the wonderful things I can offer, the most important to a prospective buyer or seller is that Sherri is incredibly agile. I'm talking ninja-like levels of agility. And in a very hot market, you need an agent that is both knowledgeable and agile. Example: when a property we were interested in sold in one day with multiple all-cash offers well above asking, Sherri immediately had other options on the table including a house not yet on the market. She got us in immediately to view the property and put together a winning bid (later supported by appraisal) within about an hour! Someday there will be inventory available and not every transaction will be all-cash at lightning speed, no contingencies, no inspection. When that day comes, having someone as knowledgeable and agile as Sherri in your corner will make all the difference. Until then, Sherri knows how to work in the current market and help her clients submit the winning bid that can be supported by appraisal. I initially met Sherri while looking at investment properties with a business partner. She was knowledgeable about the market and able to get us rental information quickly so that we could accurately assess our options. While it ended up not being the right time for us to purchase, I kept Sherri in mind for the next round. As it turned out, I found myself looking for a personal home in September 2020. Although it had been a few month's since we last spoke, Sherri immediately responded to my inquiries and was able to get me in to see homes quickly and keep me informed about the areas where I was looking. When "the house" popped up on Zillow one day she was able to schedule a last minute, next-day showing even though it had only been on the market for a few hours.
