I initially met Sherri while looking at investment properties with a business partner. Sherri is amazing. She helped us buy and sell our homes in Boulder. She ensured that the house we were selling was sale-ready by providing advice on what to keep, what to move out, and little things that make the house inviting. She made cards throughout the house which highlighted the unique features and materials and provided little things to stage the house. She heavily researched comparables to know where to price the home and what we could appraise for. We appraised for asking and we sold for more than I expected we would. She also helped us secure a leaseback to transition to our new home. Additionally, Sherri helped us buy our dream home in Boulder in a hot market. In buying, she had familiarity with the area and also researched comparables to understand if the homes we offered on where priced correctly.
