Shawn is an absolutely amazing realtor. He was extremely thorough from start to finish. He assessed our home, took time to go over the entire process, and handled every little detail including cleaning our home. He had showings before the house was even listed and sold the home for us in 1 day, OVER asking price. Everything was completely seamless and easy on our end from beginning to close. I could not believe how stress free this sale was. This was our 5th real estate sale, but first with Shawn. We have never had an agent do as much for us and make the process this smooth. Shawn’s professionalism, assistance, market knowledge, contacts, efforts and updates were all outstanding. My own opinion is that only a very small percentage of realtors are true professionals, and while I have used some who were not much help and no longer in the business, Shawn is one of the top of that small number of true professionals.

"John Christopher knew I was desperate for a quick closing, and he absolutely delivered on that. The total time from when my house went on the market to when I had the funds from the sale in my bank account was eight days! The amount of coordination that John had to do very quickly was enormous, but he did it with a positive attitude and always kept me informed of where we were in the process, what my options were, and he always explained the pros and cons of each decision I had to make without giving his opinion unless I specifically asked for it. Even though I was 1100 miles away when my home went on the market, I knew at all times exactly how things were going. John's communication skill level is very high, he has the ability to reduce the incredibly complicated real estate jargon to something I was able to understand quickly. And he got me a sale price $50,000 higher than I ever hoped to get! I can not recommend John highly enough, the amount of work he did in a very short time was well beyond what I'd ever heard of any other realtor doing."
