Steve Grubin is awesome to work with. He took time to understand my needs and was very patient and kind. His knowledge of the industry is exemplary, and he took all my questions seriously and answered them satisfactorily. (And if he didn't know the answer, he made sure to find out and get back with me.) All in all, he made a difficult situation go as smoothly as possible and helped to allay some of my fears. Steve also understood and took seriously how sensitive I was about the care and condition of my cats while showing my house. He helped to put my mind at ease during the process. That was very important! Also, he makes it a point to be on time to all appointments. If he ever had to arrive late, he ALWAYS called to let me know and it was always by only just a few minutes, usually because of traffic delays. I would definitely recommend Steve Grubin to anyone needing to sell or buy a house. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and always with a smile on his face and a patient, kind attitude.

Valerie is an excellent listener and found us the perfect starter home! She takes time to understand the buyers wants and needs then diligently works to ensure all expectations are not just met. She is respectful and has great communication skills. Working with Valerie on our first home purchase was fun and easy. She took time to explain things to us and also responded to inquiries in a timely manner. She knew the right questions to ask and important things to look our for while visiting homes, making an offer, during the inspection and at the closing. I couldn't speak more highly of Valerie and we will definitely use her for our next home purchase as well.

I believe I've been clear. Valerie Skorka Westmark has been purely wonderful. I'm so lucky she's my broker and friend. She is wise, kind, proficient, and is completely knowledgeable. Answered my worried questions immediately, and made me feel everything would be alright. As a single person, having that "rock", was a very reassuring thing.

We highly recommend Valerie Skorka Westmark for both buying a property and selling a property. She puts the customer's needs first and will definitely do the extra work to help with the whole process. The one thing that really stands out for us is her integrity and ethics. We knew we could count on Valerie to do the right thing for us rather than worry about her commission. She is also very pleasant to work with.

Over 4 months he showed me over 160 houses. He was always available, and was very knowledgeable about housing trends and areas. His knowledge and recommendations in evaluating worthwhile viewings, staying in my price range and pressureless approach made it that much less stressful. As a first time home buyer it was easy to get discouraged in a very aggressive market, but Steve's reassurance kept me in the game. I ended up with a home that in three beginning I though was just a dream. I would, and have, recommend him to my closest friends.

I had to sell my dads home because he could no longer live on his own. Steve was fabulous from beginning to end and I was forever impressed at how quickly he responded to me when I had questions. This was very emotional for me but Steve was there to handle the tough stuff because the house was in a trust and he explained everything and walked me through it all. I will always recommend Steve to everyone that I know and hope that he knows how grateful we are for his help!

Steve was extremely helpful. We came from out of town and had a very tight time frame. He was readily available and provided excellent knowledge about an area that we were not very familiar with. He was also able to provide us with additional information about resources necessary for purchasing a home.

Steve is a fantastic realtor. He was absolutely instrumental in helping us obtain our house. He had us do certain things and make certain moves that proved critical to the negotiation process. He was attentive, patient, involved, responsive, and available when we needed him. I will definitely be using him again when we sell our house or buy another house. He said to me "I am in business for the long term. I run my business in hopes that your daughter will call me for help buying or selling her house". Well, he definitely acted that way. He was there every time we needed him and was not pushy at all. He would give his honest opinion on whether the house was worth buying. If the house was not a good buy, for any reason, he would tell us the reasons to be concerned. When we finally found a good house, he was not shy about saying "buy it" and "here are the reasons why". His feedback was crucial because the buying process is very stressful. We might have missed our house if not for Steve's feedback. Give him a chance and you won't be disappointed. Thanks Steve!!!!
