This is long overdue. This is the 2nd opportunity I had to work with Nancy. 16 years ago she was my agent when I bought my place and recently she was our agent when we sold it. It was a pleasure working with her again. Her professionalism is unmatched. My wife and I relocated overseas but our house wasn't ready in time for us to sell it before we left. Nancy took care of everything. She was there to ensure the contractor finish his work. She was there when they came to install the new carpets. She got the place ready and put it on the market. Besides a couple of hiccups with the HOA, she worked thru their issues and sold our place. I highly recommend Nancy.

Nancy did an outstanding job on all fronts to help me sell my Condo in record time. Within 1 week, photos were taken, an open house scheduled, and cash offers were received above my asking price. She is experienced, efficient, great follow-through from start to closing and could not imagine a better agent than Nancy, but I didn't have to since she did a similar outstanding job helping me to buy that condo 5 years earlier.

Although the house was sold during the pandemic, and we no longer lived in the same state, Lisa was able to use technology to ensure all of the necessary steps were made, and kept everyone informed quickly of any changes. Lisa is very thorough and thoughtful, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand from accepting an offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the HOA. She also made herself available after the sale, to answer general real estate questions that I had, which is something that I truly appreciate about her.
