Mr Frieson on day one was clear on the comps in the area and understood my situation. He didn't make any promises about the bottom line. Excellent communication and response to all of my questions. He made me feel like I was his only client and explained everything to my satisfaction. He got my property sold in less than a month. Though I didn't get the price that I wanted, I achieved my goal and after dealing with another agent for the previous 7 months. Realized that all agents are not created equal. Mr Frieson was head and shoulders above the previous agent. I would not hesitate to give him my business again or recommend him to my friends or family. He's one of the best!

Lisa returned calls as well as showed up for meetings promptly. She explained documents thoroughly and with patience. I was always confident in her expertise in handling the sale of our property. She demonstrated working in the best interest of her clients especially during sale price negotiations with buyer. Lisa would follow up to make sure that all electronic forms were signed by us in a timely manner. She also made sure that we coordinated meeting with the closing agent at convenient time and place. Afterwards, she made sure we received hard copies of all settlement documents and that we were satisfied with the overall process. I will definitely use and recommend her services in the future! Lisa went above and beyond in helping us sell our first home!
