Adrian guides us through the entire process of selling our home. He helped make sure the house was ready to show and bring us the best price. I believe he got us a great price and we had multiple offers in less than a week on the market. I would recommend Adrian for any real estate needs.

My first call was to Remax Allpro and Adrian Rissling answered the phone. After a short interview I felt he was exactly what I was looking for. The ability to eletronically review and sign documents made this transaction easy. We had an excellent business relationship but I also felt like I made a new friend! Adrian and all the support staff involved are very much in SYNC. Communications were clear and timely. We had a very challenging situation in the sale of this rental property. Adrian and his team quickly addressed all of our issues and made this sale so painless for us.

Adrian is the perfect realtor. He was persistent on sale and the purchase of our new home. The house we purchased short sale and it was a long process to get into this house. Especially during Covid 19 when everything shut down. Adrian was on top of everything. He never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly and told us the truth. Throughout this whole process, Adrian was amazing! If you’re looking for someone who’s reliable, trustworthy, professional, a go-getter, highly motivated, knows the industry’s ins and outs, knows the area, and someone who doesn’t just want to sell you a home to make a profit but someone who wants to sell you a home that you will absolutely love, then I highly recommend Adrian.

Andrea was absolutely amazing , professional and knowledgeable in helping us to sell our home. She took us through the process with ease and gave detailed instructions and sound advice along the way. She is patient, caring , wise and highly experienced. She was always available if needed and went over and above in helping us at any given time if needed. She loves her profession and cares for her clients as if they were her own family. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, Andrea is the agent you should choose! I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends.

Adrian has completely changed my view on real estate agents. I’ve typically purchased and sold homes on my own because I did not trust an agent to bring enough value to the process. Adrian completely changed my mind on the value. Hands down he earned every dime he was paid in this process. He’s not just a real estate agent.... he’s now a real estate friend, family member, expert, counselor, financial advisor. I will never again do this on my own... and I will only do this with Adrian Rissling! He truly takes service to the next level... he has a solution for every roadblock, challenge and obstacle. Working with Adrian you will not be disappointed... I am beyond thankful that a trusted friend recommended him! Call him today!

We had a unique situation, my husband and I. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. We started the process of purchasing a home in March ‘19 and hired Adrian as our agent in May ‘19. Had we not had Adrian as our agent, I don’t know what we would’ve done. We had two failed escrows (not on our end), we put in six offers, who knows how many houses he took us to see. Honestly I’ve never met an agent like Adrian, or let alone someone like him. This man goes above and beyond for his clients. I’m not just saying it to say it, but because I genuinely mean it. From talking to us through difficult situations, helping us find a temporary home for our fur baby (8 months total), fighting for us, explaining the process to us, offering to help our family in any way, which he has! I wish I could say everything he has done for us, but there is so many times he went above and beyond, it would take awhile to list it all and no I’m not over exaggerating. He doesn’t even have to make an effort to do kind gestures to ANYONE, he is just wired that way. He is always willing to lend a helping hand and has such a great heart while doing it. He is not only our agent, but has now become a part of our family. Happy to say we finally found our dream home in January and now are living in our beautiful home. Even when we had to move in, Adrian was there with us moving our stuff. He has a full schedule between being the best agent in the Antelope Valley and with his family. Yet he took the whole day off to help us. I don’t know any other agent that would do that. And we’ve come across some interesting ones to say the least. I highly recommend Adrian for all your buying and selling needs. You will not regret choosing him. He is a straight shooter and gets the job done, highly skilled in every area hands down.

Listing my home with Adrian was one of the best choices I’ve ever made. I had decided to list my home several months before I met Adrian. I had met with other agents that simply told me to give them a call once I had made improvements and my home was ready to list. Unfortunately my financial situation did not allow for that and I was unable to afford my mortgage payment let alone make improvements. I was referred to Adrian by one of his previous clients who spoke very highly of him and I contacted him right away. From the day I met Adrian I felt a huge weight lifted off of me. By the following day we were doing a walk through with his handy man and within a month my house looked like a model home and was on the market. My home sold for full asking price and just like Adrian told me the day we met I didn’t have to worry about much at all. For him it was a walk in the park. It all happened so fast! Adrian made me feel calm every step of the way which was extremely important to me being a single mom of four. He is a family man himself and was very compassionate and understanding. He even brought my kids and I the most delicious apple pie from a specialty bakery one night on the way home from a long day of work. To say Adrian is the best is an understatement! My kids and I are so grateful for him.

Amazing to work with, super helpful, and always has a smile on her face. She was available whenever we had questions and wanted to get more information and always ready to set up our appointments for inspections and so forth. Our closing date was on time and went very smooth as well as all the other processes of buying a house.
