I’m glad I asked for Sam’s services. It was my first home purchase & it can really be stressful doing it on one’s own. He is knowledgeable in the market, listens, and has the drive to get the home you want. The first couple of weekends we drove in his car looking for homes. His skills with technology allowed us to view several homes with no wait; he’s very efficient. Upon finding a home I liked, he scheduled a viewing appointment with the selling agent the next day and cleared his entire day for me! We walked through the home together and asked me what I thought on it; we made an offer the following day. We had a response and with Sam’s representation escrow started 5 days after viewing the home. Another reason I enjoyed working with Sam is his work ethic. He gives immediate updates to all parties, punctuality, and does not sugarcoat facts. His communication skills and transparency is greatly appreciated. He explained each process and made sure the deal was made. As a result to his determination and communication, I got the home of my dreams! Upon closing of escrow, Sam handed me the keys; explained the importance of contacting all utility companies within the first couple days. He explained to consider a deep clean of the new home prior to moving in. Furthermore, he gave me around 30 moving boxes and told me he had a moving company he recommends in case I had big furniture or needed a moving truck. These were such a huge help. I underestimated the hard work moving was and if it weren’t for Sam’s suggestions I wouldn’t have had an easygoing moving process. I’d like to thank Sam for all his hard work and effort.
